Hi, I’m Lori, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their best selves. I live in Arizona and earned my Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. Currently, I’m completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. My journey into counseling follows a 13-year career in the television industry, which I stepped away from to focus on family when my son was born. During that time, I took on freelance marketing projects, volunteered at school, and became a program partner for CK Vikings, a local youth sports organization.

As my son grew older, I felt a calling to return to work—this time in a field where I could channel my energy and passion into directly helping others. That led me to pursue my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, volunteer with the Red Cross, and work at Arizona Restorative Psychiatry. I truly love what I do and am committed to lifelong learning and exploring new research and therapeutic approaches to support individuals on their journey to wellness.

Outside of work and studies, you’ll often find me outdoors, spending time with family and friends. I love traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, and staying active. Sports are a big part of my life, too—I especially enjoy cheering on my son on the baseball and football fields.

I’m grateful for my life experiences, education, and the incredible mentors and colleagues who have shaped my path. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you as you take steps toward becoming the best version of yourself.
