To Whom it May Concern,

This letter is in regards to my colleague Lori Santa Maria. Lori has been a phenomenal part of our team and comes highly recommended for her future employment as an intern therapist/therapist.

Lori has worked at our office as a counselor in training for the past year and a half. She has been the front lines for our practice; screening incoming patients, doing our initial intake calls, handling all patient correspondence and navigating patient provider communication as a liaison. She has been professional, kind, caring and compassionate to all our patients; who often love to share how amazing their interactions with her are. It can be a challenge to find someone equally professional and empathetic and Lori has done that effortlessly; one of the many reasons I think she will excel as she moves forward in her career as a counselor.

In addition to Lori’s personability she has worked in the marketing and journalism industry; bringing a wide range of skills from her previous line of work. She has proven herself a fast learner. I appreciate how Lori always expresses a desire to learn as well. She is interested in self growth and personal development. In addition, she is also very savvy with administrative tasks.

Overall, Lori is a magnificent person and we are so grateful for our time working with her.. She is going to be an amazing asset to whoever has the joy of bringing her on to their team next.

Sincerely,

Erica Neal PA-CArizona Restorative Psychiatry
